2. Live and Recorded Courses

We offer interactive sessions and recorded modules on IT security and literacy. Enrollment is confirmed once the course fee is processed.

Fees and Scheduling

Full fee is due at registration. You may request to change your session up to 48 hours before its start.

Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted at least 7 days prior to a session start will be processed. Approved requests result in a fee refund processed within 14 calendar days. No refunds are issued after a session begins due to content access and preparation efforts.

3. Digital Products

Digital resources such as e-guides, video archives, and templates are delivered by download or streaming access.

Full fee is charged at the time of purchase to grant immediate access.

4. Merchandise

Physical items include branded apparel and accessories. Orders are shipped after processing.

Refund Policy

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 15 days of delivery. You may send the item back in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a fee refund within 10 business days.
